No! PenCentral is purely electronic, there are array of electronic payment options that has been made available for you to select from.
Underpayments are incomplete pension payments, we strongly advice that employers authorize the exact amount displayed to them as total payable on the checkout page, especially for employers that would like to pay through electronic bank transfer.
If there is by chance any case of underpayment, the funds shall be automatically reversed to the initiating bank account within 24 hours.
For overpayments, the difference shall be applied and deducted from your total payable in your next round of pension remittance.
You can only make pension payments through any of the options of electronic channels that have been provided for you on the checkout page.
